How to Upload Documents

 

LHRB Inc. now has a free mobile app, TaxesToGo, that allows you to send us your tax information from anywhere at any time, without ever stepping foot in an office.

No more fumbling around with confidential documents or forgetting that last W2 at your house. Simply fill out the personal information and snap a photo of your tax documents, and we’ll take it from there.

In a few days you can review and sign your documents all through the app, then we’ll file your return.

We even have a chat feature so you can always stay in contact with us if you have any questions. You’ll receive the same LHRB professional service that you would face to face, but in the comfort of your home.

Downloading the App

Step 1

From any internet browser, go to LHRB’s tax app, fill in your phone number, email address, and name.

Step 2

You will receive a text message with a download link for the TaxesToGo mobile app. Once you have downloaded the app, type in your email address and click Submit.

Step 3

Create your account. You will then receive a text with a 6-digit verification code which you will use to access your account.

 

Uploading Documents

Step 1

Fill out basic information including marital status, driver’s license, and dependents.

Step 2

Upload your tax documents by taking a photo or selecting from your pictures. (Please ensure photo clearly displays entirety of document)

Step 3

We will retrieve your information in our software, complete your return, and send it back to you to be signed inside the app.
